You did everything right. So why does it feel so wrong?
I help women in their 30s who are good at their jobs, and quietly unhappy, work out what they want next and go after it.
Coaching for women who look fine on paper
Most of my clients are between 28 and 40. They have the degree, the promotions and the nice apartment. They still lie awake wondering if they picked the wrong path. Sessions are on video, so you can work with me from anywhere in the US.
- You say yes when you mean no.
- Everyone thinks you have it together. You're not so sure.
- You know something needs to change but don't know what.

How coaching with me works
Clear. We start by looking at your week as it is now: what's working, what isn't and what you want more of.
Claim. You start asking for what you want. We practice those conversations first, like saying no to your boss or asking for the raise.
Create. We turn what you want into small steps you can take this month, and I check in on them between calls.

Hi, I'm Maya
I spent nine years building a marketing career that looked great from the outside. At 31, I was burned out and had no idea what I wanted. A solo trip to Colorado gave me room to think. I trained as a coach, moved to Denver and have spent six years helping women through the same spot.

More about my story
My marketing career was in Chicago. I was good at it, got promoted twice and said yes to everything. The burnout didn't arrive all at once. I just stopped knowing what I liked. The trip to Colorado was supposed to be a week off. I came home and started asking myself the questions I now ask clients, and a year later I was training with iPEC.
These days I hike most Sundays with my rescue dog, Biscuit, read a lot of memoirs and make sourdough that nobody asks for twice.
I came in convinced I needed to quit my job. I left with a promotion I actually wanted and boundaries I'd never had.

I stopped apologizing for everything. My friends noticed before I did.

Questions
- Is this therapy?
- No. Therapy is where you heal and work through the past. Coaching starts with where you are now and what you want next. If something comes up that belongs with a therapist, I'll tell you and help you find one.
- Do I have to quit my job?
- Most people don't. Some change roles. Some ask for what they want where they are, and a few leave. We work out what you want first, then decide what changes.
